Major cleanup continued across the back-of-house areas. The cold storage room got a thorough scrub-down, wiring and cable runs were organized behind the scenes, and shelving and storage spaces were cleared and prepped for equipment staging.
Work kicked off on the storefront — temporary window coverings went up while the interior buildout continues, and shelving in the front area was cleaned and reorganized to make room for the next phase.
